  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless they were received in damaged condition.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to any other reason, shipping charges may apply.

  • Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If approved, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on:
